Dear Friends

After a few welcome thunderstorms towards the end of the month (great for the garden, but rather less so for families who’d chosen the last fortnight for their holidays), it’s now properly hot again, with the covered terrace and pool both welcome refuges – and the only sensible places to be.

For those of us at work though, it’s a case of putting the car’s aircon on full blast, keeping calm and carrying on. And though July and August can sometimes be quieter months in terms of property visits, there are still a wide range of new houses coming to the market – and so plenty to keep us busy.
