Dear Friends,
Despite confident predictions to the contrary (for which I’ll blame Meteo France rather than misplaced optimism on my part), the last few weeks have been rather less Spring like than hoped. That said, it’s still been the mildest winter for years, and with the daffodils and cowslips in flower and the lawnmower back in action, there’s already plenty to keep keen gardeners occupied.
And though we’d normally have expected a pre Easter lull in viewings, the last few weeks have proved every bit as active at La Porte as in the post Christmas period, both with buying clients and a wide range of new properties coming to the market.
