Dear Friends,
As predicted, a chilly couple of weeks at the beginning of the month – which are thankfully now behind us – as is the endless feeding of two hungry wood burners and the rapid dwindling of the log pile. And though spring proper isn’t here just yet, longer days and warm afternoons are more the norm – cue bringing the mower out of hibernation, trying to get the strimmer started and hoping the pool pump still works. Or, alternatively, getting someone to fix them all (just like last year).
And our busy start to 2015 has continued too, with – perhaps – some added momentum from a weaker euro and greater confidence from overseas buyers in particular.
