An Opportunity for a Really Professional Equestrian Business

As La Porte’s Equestrian property advisor I try to view the properties as a prospective purchaser would.  I’ve the descriptive and a brief outline of it, but the initial impression is important; it’s how the client will see it.

I know this property has fantastic equestrian facilities and is currently run as a very successful Arab endurance stud.

The driveway, off a quiet lane led me round in a curve; ahead was a stallion standing proud in a field, mares and foals happily grazing.  Field shelters dotted the fields and some youngsters were dozing in the shade.

The yard was very impressive; a new horse walker and indoor and outdoor arenas caught my eye.  There were separate yards for mares, stallions and young stock.  The atmosphere was relaxed and calm, mares were dropped off and horses returned from rides, but all the while there seems to be no rush, plenty of space for everyone.  The house looks out onto the fields and trees with the new foals playing in the sun. I could have stayed and relaxed on the wall surrounding it all afternoon.

This is a great property, it would be fantastic for any sort of equestrian activity and close enough to a local town for anything you would need.  I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to having the excuse to visit again.
