Easter arrived two weeks ago, with the usual increase in the number of visitors to our area during the holidays, and it feels like the local villages are coming alive after their winter slumbers. We have been busy at La Porte, with a lot of potential buyers enquiring about properties and arranging visits.

And we have had a period of good sales. Our experience is showing that properties which are in good order and well presented, and reasonably priced, are selling well. So for our sellers, it is worth investing time and effort in preparing your properties for sale, to attract buyers in this competitive market.
