Other than the occasional (and very welcome) cooler day, a typically hot August is now almost behind us. Monpazier has been as busy as ever during the holiday season, though with the new school term looming and folk returning to work, the village is returning to normal – and for the first time since late June we’re once again able to find somewhere to park!.

The summer months are often a quieter time of year for property sales, though given that the last few weeks have been busier with client visits than usual, we’re expecting this trend to continue into the autumn.
