With a seriously hot end to the month and summer now officially started, the damp spring and late April frosts already seem a distant memory. And with the school holidays just around the corner (again) and number two son finding every possible excuse to skip the last few days of term, it’s now time to work out how to fill his next two months with something more productive than Call of Duty. But with friends just a bike ride away, the swimming pool at 27° and the area’s best ice cream shop around the corner from the office, it shouldn’t prove too stressful.
