Dear Friends,
As the Easter weekend looms, at last some beautiful weather and balmy evenings for us to enjoy. And with the longer days, an opportunity to take a glass or two onto the terrace as the sun goes down – and to wonder when the pool temperature will be bearable (which, given the dog dismembered the thermometer last summer, is pure guesswork). It’s probably academic though, as with grass now growing apace and a long list of ‘round to it’ jobs still to do (these having been put on hold during the last few six nations weekends), there won’t be time to experiment anyway.
And as we head into one of the busiest periods of the year for viewings, it’s a case of finding enough time to fit in client visits, see new properties and work through our recent sales – nice problems to have though.
