Dear Friends,
A bright, sunny and (occasionally) warm start to January, and a good opportunity to blow away those post Christmas cobwebs. Given the time of year though, it’s unlikely to last - and having had a snow free winter last year (much to the kid’s annoyance at not being able to use their sledges, nor sneak a few days off school), we’re probably due some before spring gets sprung.
And the housing market is stirring from its brief break too. With a range of new properties to see and a surprising number of well focused buyers willing to brave the elements, it’s already proving to be a busy 2015.
