Dear Friends,
A surprisingly damp start to the month - with a smattering of hot humid days in between – was great for the garden, but rather less so for families who’d chosen the first couple of weeks of the month for their holidays. That said, it’s now properly hot again, and the covered terrace and pool are welcome refuges – and the only sensible places to be.
For those of us at work though, it’s a case of putting the car’s aircon on full blast, keeping calm and carrying on. And despite what continues to be a challenging time for some vendors, there are a wide range of properties being sold - and with a steady flow of new houses still coming to the market too, there’s plenty to keep us busy.
