With May (and its seemingly endless run of bank holidays) just around the corner, April has already brought with it some very warm weather – so perhaps another long hot summer is on its way. And for the hardier types, an evening swim is now an ideal way to wind down at the end of the day – though with the water at not much over 20°, a touch more invigorating than some would like.
And the housing market seems significantly busier than has been the case for a while, with the most desirable properties attracting a large number of viewings and, on occasion, competing bids. Happily, there also seems to be a steady flow of quality houses coming to the market, ensuring that despite the increasing volume of sales, there’s still a good choice of properties for interested buyers to see.
